Residential Property


Residential property in Germany is a relatively stable form of investment. The investment’s long-term prospects are however, wholly dependent on the property’s location, the rental market and local demographics. We sell residential properties only in the relatively affluent cities of the western part of Germany, such as Munich and Frankfurt, where we can stand over all three criteria.

We offer apartments for sale to individual investors in these areas as well as blocks of apartments and larger mixed residential / commercial buildings. We manage the whole purchase process from start to finish for the investor, including the facilitation of German bank financing where required. Following acquisition of the property, we offer a cost-effective on-going management service which includes the submission of annual tax returns right through to the ultimate disposal of the property.
